Child Care Connections

  • Child Care Resource and Referral Agency serving Gallatin, Lewis and Clark, Park, Meagher, Jefferson, and Broadwater Counties.

  • CCC works with families who need help finding quality child care and/or need financial assistance through the Best Beginnings Scholarship or the Gap Scholarship. They also work with child care providers who are licensed or want to become licensed.

Florence Crittenton Family Services

  • Florence Crittenton serves all parents/caregivers in the community. They regularly offer parenting classes such as Love and Logic and Circle of Security.

Helena Resource Advocates Resource List

  • The goal of the HRA group is to share information about local organizations, events, and how to work together to support our community. They have put together this list in an attempt to guide individuals and providers in finding what they need.

  • HRA is headed by United Way of Lewis and Clark County.

Lewis & Clark Public Health

  • For Lewis and Clark County residents who want information about WIC, Home Vising, Parenting supports available in our county.

LIFTS Online Resource Guide

  • Parents and caregivers looking for resources in Montana focused on families with children under the age of three. You can search based on location and a variety of service types.

Montana 211

  • This is Montana’s specific 211 site. Connect with a variety of resources in your community; anything from food, housing, and mental health.

Parenting Montana

  • Information and resources for parenting children from 0-19 years old. They have a podcast and provide tips on communication and relationships broken down by age of child.

Perinatal Mental Health Guide

  • Aimed at new or expecting parents/caregivers in the Helena community. Important to remember perinatal mental health is not specific to the birthing person – the support person can also be impacted.

Roots Family Collaborative in Bozeman

  • Loss is also a part of parenting (and life). We want all parents to feel supported, whether or not you are actively parenting or raising a child. This organization is based in Bozeman but they have great resources for those navigating the loss of a pregnancy or infant.

Zero to Five Montana

  • Statewide organization working on increasing access to child care, strengthening families and working with child care businesses. They do a lot of advocacy work and are a great resource if you want to get involved and speak up but don’t know how.
