Family Outreach provides home based family centered education and support services who have developmental delays or disabilities. The focus of our program is to teach families and other caregivers how to teach skills to children and coordinate community resources and service to meet individual’s needs. Educational services are provided based on a combination of family identified priorities and child’s needs. These services are designed around established family routines and activities. Participation in our program is voluntary and for the majority of programs the services are provided at no cost to families.
